Overview
Integrative Pulmonary Medicine helps in enriching the standards of researchers, practitioners and readers by providing them with articles reviewing conceptual or technological advances in diverse areas of Pulmonology. This is an international journal publishing papers in all aspects of the prevention, diagnosis and management of pulmonary and associated disorders, as well as related molecular genetics, pathophysiology, and epidemiology. The journal provides a forum for the discussion of important new knowledge in the field of pulmonology that is of interest and relevance to the practitioner.

Aim and Scope
Integrative Pulmonary Medicine aims to promote current research developments on pulmonology research pertaining to the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the lungs encompassing the causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatments and medical procedures of diseases affecting lungs and breathing.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and clinical studies related to the prevention, diagnosis and management of pulmonary and associated disorders, as well as related molecular genetics, pathophysiology, and epidemiology. The journal encourages submissions on pulmonology, respiratory medicine, thoracic surgery, lung diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome, tuberculosis, pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema), pulmonary function tests, and respiratory care and therapy.

Integrative Pulmonary Medicine will also publish articles on Obstructive Airways Disease; Respiratory Infections; Interstitial, Inflammatory, and Occupational Diseases; Clinical Practice Management. The journal provides fundamental new information obtained in studies using cross-disciplinary approaches in many disciplines.
