Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

Peer Review Process

Each of Gratis Open Access journals are led by an Editor-in-Chief and supported by an international Board of Associate Editors, comprised of respected researchers in relevant fields. We publish articles that are methodologically sound, that are worthy of inclusion in the scholarly record, and that further research and discourse in the relevant field of study. Our goal is to make initial decision on submissions within 21 calendar days.
After receiving the manuscript and concluded that the topic falls under journal’s scope, the manuscript will be sent for editorial review and external peer review. Once the review is done, the reviewers will return the manuscript along with the comments to the Editorial Assistant who will forward them to author for manuscript revision. Once the revised manuscript is received from author, it will again be sent to the reviewers for acceptance and after acceptance, the manuscript and supporting files will be immediately processed for publication, a process taking approximately 20 business days, if all supporting files are in order.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Research Article

Title page
The title page should:
present a title that includes, if appropriate, the study design
list the full names, institutional addresses and email addresses for all authors
indicate the corresponding author
Abstract
The abstract should be written in one paragraph of 200 to 300 words. Please minimize the use of abbreviations and do not cite references in the abstract.
Keywords
Three to ten keywords representing the main content of the article.
List of abbreviations
If abbreviations are used in the text they should be defined in the text at first use, and a list of abbreviations should be provided.
Introduction
The Background section should explain the background to the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature and why this study was necessary.
Materials and methods
The methods section should include:
the design and setting of the study
the characteristics of participants or description of materials
a clear description of all processes, interventions and comparisons. Generic names should generally be used. When proprietary brands are used in research, include the brand names in parentheses
the type of statistical analysis used, including a power calculation if appropriate
Results
This should include the findings of the study including, if appropriate, results of statistical analysis which must be included either in the text or as tables and figures.
Discussion
For research articles this section should discuss the implications of the findings in context of existing research and highlight limitations of the study. For study protocols and methodology manuscripts this section should include a discussion of any practical or operational issues involved in performing the study and any issues not covered in other sections.
Conclusions
This should state clearly the main conclusions and provide an explanation of the importance and relevance of the study to the field.

Publication Fee

Authors can publish and make their research work open access in all the journals of Gratis Open Access Publishers. All the articles are available free for the readers to read, download in any format. The work can be copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, provided that the original work is properly cited, under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution License.
To support the publication cost a article processing fee will be charged from the author. Article Processing Charges are needed to be paid by the author or the organization once the article is accepted for publication. The publication fee of an article is $999 for all article types except Letters, Short communication and Commentary, which is $799.
